Alberta Homeschooling Association provides information, help, how-to-get-started support and advocacy on homeschooling and home-education in Alberta.

Ecole La Trinité

Fully funded by the Alberta Government, Ecole La Trinité offers academic programs from kindergarten to grade 12 in accordance with the curriculum set out by Alberta Education and offer many advantages, to list only a few:

  • Free bus transportation within the designated zone
  • Full-time kindergarten program
  • On-site preschool
  • Daycare/after-school care in various schools

French first language education is intended for children who are eligible under section 23 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Studies and experience have shown that francophone schooling is the most effective way for a francophone child living in a minority setting to become highly proficient in French AND in English.
