Looking ahead to the future, there are several significant expenses that will be due in the next few years.
We want to get a head start on fundraising to ensure that we can cover these expenses as they come up.
We also would like to expand our ability to offer new programs for our community.

Future Vision
Site Completion– Within the next 5 years it is anticipated that the parking lot re-development will need to be completed and a new rectory will need to be built. Also potential for additional residence and larger gathering areas.
Well maintained building – As our building ages, the costs associated to maintenance are going up and there are several large projects that need to be completed.
Youth and child programs – Our children are the future of our faith and community. We want to make significant investment in developing programs for our children
Marriage and Family supports – Strong Families are the cornerstone of our community. We want to invest in supports for families and help create strong and vibrant marriages
Senior Supports – Ensuring that our Seniors are supported in their emotional and physical needs is critical. We want to invest in programs to help all those who need it
Evangelization – Our Christian call is to make disciples of all nations. Active evangelization is needed to bring Christ to our wider community. We want to invest in Training and programs to make our Parish a hub of evangelists.

Fundraising Strategy
The goal will be to ask for 10 year pledges from parishioners to raise the required funds In 2 Phases.
Request Legacy Planning Pledges
If we can get 1,500 pledges of $20/week, we will exceed our goal.
Fundraising events will be hosted to promote the pledges
Pledge updates within the bulletin
Educate parishioners on the benefits of contributing in different ways such as Securities and Bequests, as well as the tax benefits
Reach out to registered parishioners with a personal invitation to a parish function and request for financial support
Fundraising Strategy – Phase 1
Focus
The primary focus will be on raising the required funds for the site completion to ensure that the work can be completed without needing to borrow a large amount of money
Donors will be asked to donate 80%-100% of their pledge amount to the site completion fund until that fund is fully funded
Goal
Ensure that the new construction and renovation projects are completed on schedule, providing the necessary infrastructure to support our growing church community.
Fundraising Strategy – Phase 2
Focus
Once the site is fully funded, donors will be contacted and encouraged to redirect their donations to the operations account.
Goal
Sustain the ongoing programs, outreach initiatives, and maintenance needs of the church, ensuring a strong foundation for future growth.
Holy Trinity Catholic Church, located at 200 Boundary Rd. in Spruce Grove, Alberta, is led by Pastor Fr. Paul Moret and Associate Pastor Fr. Joselito Cantal.
