In today’s homily, we are reminded of the transient nature of earthly structures and the eternal promise of Christ’s covenant. Through a historical reflection on the temple’s significance and Jesus’ prophecy of its destruction, we are called to focus on the spiritual temple, Jesus Himself. The homily encourages us to endure through life’s challenges with faith, as we are part of the new covenant in Christ, tasked with sanctifying the world.
